Seven Sunday-Things / Sieben-Sachen Sonntag

Following the idea of “Frau Liebe” I want to show on every Sunday (or sometimes on a Monday Wednesday ;) seven things which I used - with my hands - during the day. We made a day trip to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, and it was great.

Nach der Idee von "Frau Liebe" gibt es an dieser Stelle jeden Sonntag (oder erst am Montag Mittwoch ;)
Bilder von sieben Sachen, für die ich heute meine Hände gebraucht habe. Wir haben einen Tagesausflug nach Rothenburg ob der Tauber unternommen, und es war toll. 

1. I wore my Indian flip flop socks and thought they look kinda weird ^^ 

Ich trug meine indischen FlipFlop Socken und fand meine Füße sahen seltsam aus ^^

 
2. We made the preparations for our day trip: fruit salad for breakfast, trail mix as a snack in the train and some kaju katli - cashew marzipan. 

Vorbereitungen für den Ausflug: Fruchtsalat zum Frühstück, selbstgemischtes Studentenfutter als Snack im Zug und etwas Kaju Katli - Cashew Marzipan.

3. I opened both Advent calendars. 

Ich öffnete beide Adventskalender im Haus.

 
4. Already in Rothenburg, we had to try the snowballs and something called as hot egg foam, slightly similar to egg nog - as a foam. 

Bereits in Rothenburg angekommen mussten wir natürlich die Spezialität: Schneeballen probieren, und dazu tranken wir Heißen Eierschaum (schmeckt wie erwärmter Eierlikör, aufgeschäumt.)

5. Souvenirs - a house fabric, a terracotta magnet, hand painted and a tin ornament. 

Souvenirs - ein Stoff mit Hausdruck, ein Terrakotta Magnet, handbemalt und ein Baumanhänger aus Zinn.

6. Not original to the place, but nevertheless nice: Flammkuchen for lunch / dinner. 

Keine lokale Küche, aber trotzdem schön: Flammkuchen zum Mittag- / Abendessen.

7. And back home, I had to light the third candle of the Advent wreath. 

Und wieder zu Hause, musste ich natürlich noch die dritte Kerze am Adventskranz anzünden.
